Thanks so much to the MCM pool crew that was here late Thursday afternoon /evening. They helped my brother-in-law (an older guy) put the steps (which are a pain) into the pool. Despite the late hour and long day these guys work, they were friendly, helpful, seemed to have many laughs, and made sure everything was completed. One of the guys name was Dale. Not sure of the others, but they all represented your company well. I'm so appreciative!

We had an issue with the spa when the pool was closed one of the jets could not be removed. They made note of it so when we called during the opening, it was not an issue. Thank you for sending someone right away. And a special thanks to Josh, who because he was thinking outside the box for a solution, found a quick fix. He is an asset to your company. The MCM team that assessed our hot tub leak was professional and knowledgeable and the price was fair too. The leaks are probably too expensive to fix so we will need to figure out next steps for us. Thank you for your excellent service!

Matt was friendly, professional, sincere, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking to him, asking questions about the pool closing, and taking his recommendations. Being new pool owners (it came with the house), we had already worked with two other companies in different capacities. So far, MCM has exceeded the previous two. Hello MCM Pools, I want to share how great our weekly pool service has been by Miguel. He performs meticulous care weekly, is willing to engage for a few minutes to give information to the owner, and goes above and beyond to share excellent pool care tips. We hope he will be back to take care of our pool next summer 2021!

Eric and Dale did a great job installing my new filter and pump. My new equipment was taller than the old equipment. Eric went the extra mile and removed a shelf in order for everything to fit perfectly.

Miguel has serviced our pool (weekly maintenance) this summer and he’s done a great job. Always answers questions I may have and goes above and beyond with the cleaning. Our pool water was cloudy and nothing we did could clear it up. After a visit from Miguel it cleared right up.

So professional, polite and knowledgeable . Saved our pool!

Miguel did an awesome job with our pool. It hasn’t been the easiest pool to clean but after he was done it’s now looking crystal clear! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Jeremy works very hard to make our pool crystal clear each week. We had him try to remove calcium build up on the rock wall of our pool. This was a major project and Jeremy rose to the task on one of the hottest days of the year. Jeremy is a great example of what sets MCM apart - he takes pride in doing great work!

We are so happy the the job Chris and his team did on replacing our liner. They went above and beyond to fulfill Our wishes and they even let us come out and swim while the pool was still filling up. They were so nice and a pleasure to have around. Chris made sure the whole area was picked up before he left so we could have a birthday party the next day.
